How to Create Linkedin App Credential for Website?


Below are the steps to create LinkedIn App Credential for LinkedIn Login and Share Functionality.
  1. Go to Developer Account, https://developers.LinkedIn.com/
  2. Login to LinkedIn account if you have or Sign Up to the account.
  3. Click “My Apps” option in the top menu.
  4. Click “Create Application” button to create new app credential for your site.
  5. Fill all the mandatory fields in the “Create a New Application” form and click “Submit” to complete the process.
  6. Once your app is created it will be listed under “My Apps” with the application name and logo.
  7. Select your latest created app.
  8. Your Unique Client ID and Client Secret is given in Authentication Keys section for your app.
  9. In the Default Application Permissions, select the check box for your prefered options.
  10. In the “Authorized Redirect URL’s” add the valid URL in which you want to redirect after login to the account.
  11. Click “Update” to complete the process.
