Google I/O keynote held at Mountain View, Calif from May 8 to 10. On this event Google unrolled a jam packed news. Number of new features have been released on the event and some are expected to be live in the upcoming days.

Digital Well Being
This is for the well being of the user. Android P helps to monitor the time that on which app the user is currently using and how long they are using those! How many times the phone gets unlocked? How many notifications have been received for a particular app? Additionally control option is avail so that if the user exceeds the time, then they can cut off the usage.
To Extend “Don’t Disturb Mode” has been included so that it will keep you away from the notification. This is expected to be live on later summer and a beta public version is avail on some phones from today.
Improvised Google Assistant voices
Google voice has been upgraded, To make it more natural apart from the google assistant original voice Holly, 6 voices has been annexed. Surprisingly John Legend voice also been incorporated. The ultimate prospect of this is to meet all accents and languages all around the world. Forecasted 30 different languages at the end of 2018.
Google Duplex
Something that stolen the event is Google Duplex. Because when robots answer for the phone calls it’s quite traceable if its a robot voice. But the concept of the Google Duplex is to engage conversation like the real humans.
Surprisingly on the event Sundar pichai made Google Assistant to call for a hair salon to make an appointment and It’s exactly like the two humans conversing each other. There is no trace of robots here. This feature launch date is not yet revealed and expected to be live soon for the benefits of business and the consumers.
Gmail Smart compose
Google is not only suggesting words, it started suggesting phrases to draft your mail based on the context as well as the user experience. This smart compose helps to save your time wisely.
This Feature is expected to be released in the next month.
Street View On Map
The Map is one of the most highly used apps from google. So Google is planning to add augmented reality on the map. That is if a user points their mobile camera on the street. Then the map view shifts to street view and starts guiding them. If it came out really well then it will widely help for the users to navigate the unknown cities.
Google News
The Google news app is been overhauled and curated widely through Artificial Intelligence. This renovated app will help to regulate the 5 important news accordingly in the stories. Even the local news will be highlighted.
A Full coverage feature will helps to provide better related stories with the full scope of expansion. This feature have been rolled out on web android and ios from today (May 8)
Google photos
On account of Machine learning, Google photos got more powerful now. That in this feature AI recognize the person in the pic and suggest you to send the pic to the corresponding person if required. Even can convert the format of the pic to JPEG, Ping etc. Additionally can re color the old black and white pics.
